countries in the international meat industry focused on
comprehensive research and developing processes in the red
meat industry. A combination of his visions and expertise has
sent his enterprise venturing into an “upmarket avenue” in
the meat industry: a state-of-the-art Skaapland an all
encompassing Meat Emporium of 1960m² custom-built floor
space at 8 Brug Street in Upington
(Northern Cape Province, South Africa).

We showcase an upmarket butchery concept with vertical
display fridges lining the walls, cubicles with marble counters
that allows personal assistance and individual meat cutting
requirements, carcasses in a glass cold storage room,
an informal coffee shop-cum-snack bar and shelves stocked
with spices, oils, regional delicacies and local wines.
